David Lea has a lifetime’s worth of real estate experience and a passion for making every life he touches better! Originally from Columbia, TN and growing up with a realtor/brokerage owning mother and a custom-home builder father, David says "He didn't stand a chance" of not being involved in the realm of real estate. After high school, David attended the University of Tennesse in Knoxville, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business. After years of working for FedEx in outside sales, David decided to combine his business experience with his informal training from his parents, and transitioned into helping individuals realize their goals of home ownership.  While working with an agent he was mentoring, they decided to found their own real estate team called "The Fine Living Nashville Group." Over a decade later, David is still the owner, leader, and coach of this team dedicated to helping every client find "Fine Living from Their Perspective." As a respected expert in his field, an annual Top Producer award winner, and five time Awards of Excellence winner, David is soon to be a Lifetime Achievement recipient. Even with over 50 million in sales, he still claims to learn something new every day. Brandi Roe, Buyer's Agent & Marketing Coordinator

Brandi Roe has been with the Fine Living Group since February 2014. Although a native of the South, Brandi moved to Nashville from Los Angeles last Fall, where she worked for several years with LS Realty Group, a top LA commercial real estate and property management company.  In addition to her 10+ years of office administration and management experience, she has also worked in the entertainment industry as a makeup artist for Film and TV. Brandi is also a folk/soul singer-songwriter and can be seen playing around Music City a few times a month.  She knows the importance of finding just the right place to call home, and will work tirelessly until she finds what you're looking for!

Pam Schulz brings over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, relocation and management.  At the Fine Living Group Pam is responsible for coordinating all of our clients transactions from contract to close. Pam's eye for detail combined with the ease of our paperless transaction system, make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.

Pam has lived in Nashville for 10 years with her husband and two children.
She loves spending time with her family time and is a loyal Detroit baseball and hockey fan!
