After high school, David attended the University of Tennesse in Knoxville, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business. After years of working for FedEx in outside sales, David decided to combine his business experience with his informal training from his parents, and transitioned into helping individuals realize their goals of home ownership. Over a decade later, David is still the owner, leader, and coach of this team dedicated to helping every client find "Fine Living from Their Perspective." Amanda Lea, Transaction Coordinator
Amanda not only holds the title of transaction coordinator, but also David's wife. She is a licensed real estate agent with Benchmark Realty as well, and her background is in nursing. Amanda has worked in a variety of medical fields, most recently holding a position as an assistant manager in a 98-bed neonatal intensive care unit in Nashville.
Amanda assists David's clients by guiding them through the transaction process from the execution of a purchase contract all the way to the closing table. Amanda is well-versed in effective communication, organization, and customer satisfaction, and she has assisted in closing over 500 transactions since 2017.
